Route of the Week - Cross Levels (2) 

Cross Levels (2) is a route that has started being used by our local Eastbourne Driving Test Centre examiners. Be prepared to meet plenty of traffic on the early part of this route as you wind your way down through the residencies of Roselands!  From time to time, the examiners can adopt some variation in the final parts of the route back to the test centre.

Please find below your basic turn-by-turn guide for the first of several routes used in this area.

Route Length - Approx 10 miles

Time - 30-40 minutes

• Start Point - Eastbourne Driving Test Centre - Wartling Road
• Turn right out of car park onto Wartling Road
• At the end of the road turn right
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Lottbridge Drove
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Seaside
• Take the 1st road right onto Northbourne Road
• Follow the road ahead onto Astaire Avenue
• At the end of the road turn left onto Ringwood Road
• Take the 1st road right onto Courtlands Road
• At the end of the road turn right onto Moy Avenue
• Follow the road ahead onto Waterworks Road
• At the traffic lights turn right onto Whitley Road
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit following the road ahead onto Lewes Road
• Follow the road ahead onto Kings Drive
• At the roundabout take the 4th exit right onto Cross Levels Way
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit left onto Cross Levels Way
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Cross Levels Way
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Highfield Link
• At the roundabout take the 3rd exit right onto Willingdon Drove
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Willingdon Drove
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Willingdon Drove
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and then the 2nd exit again onto Langney Rise
• Take the 1st road left onto The Rising
• At the end of the road turn right onto Priory Road
• At the end of the road turn left onto Priory Road
• At the end of the road turn left onto Langney Rise
• At the roundabout take the 3rd exit right onto St Anthony's Avenue
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Seaside
• Take the 9th road left onto Channel View Road
• At the end of the road turn left onto Royal Parade
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit left and then the 1st road on the left onto Wartling Road
• Route completed
